Hey sorry for my last post here is all the info. Name: Josh Wilsey Sex: Male Location: VB, Virginia Age: 16 Account(s): only one and have 2 Chars (deleted rest) lol Xana, Deathsfight Gm Position: yes i have been Name of server: Hellfire LegionWoW ( none available, server was shutdown) Time as GM: about 4 1/2 months Commands: yes i know pretty much all just need to know on this server if it is .command or /command Hobbies: building stuff ( everything) and blowing up stuff Sex/Politics/Racism: Racism i beleive is a serious problem and should be delt with accordingly. Politics im a Conservative ( IDK HOW lol) and a Republican.... still I hope Oboma wins lol not sure you mean about SEx but i veiw men and Women as equals if thats what you mean. Tasks under pressure: Yes very easy to me. Religion: im a Catholic, but I do not bad-talk or judge anyone else's religion, If anything, I could learn something about theirs. Details Details Details: Yes, I try to pay as much attention to details when it comes to helping the players of the server. Scripting: sorry dont know much about that. Language: Yes I know more that one. I'm taking latin. I take it to help me understand the great influence it has on over half the words we use today. English: I can write type and speak (lol) English perfectly with some spelling errors ( I fail the Mutiple Choice and ace the Written parts.) Acting my Age: I act maturely for my age and nearly always take leadership in any group I am a part of, even when hanging out with my friends, even though I am the youngest of my group. GM should know : a GM should know how to be kind to the players and how to deal with the player's issues. Gm's should not be afraid to admit mistakes or ask elder GM's / admins for help when they do not know how to perform a certain task. Picking me: I think you should pick me because I'd be able to help you guys out with all the issues and know almost everything I need to know and know how to take orders and put them into action. Wroking with someone i HATE: yes i can even though i wont like it i will still do my Job as a GM if you make me on and if it get to stressful ill ask another GM to take care of the issue. Skill: People Skills , Patience, lyablility to get the job done, knowlage of game and previous experience. (5 lol) Working with others: like i said People skills lol Mic: yes have one and Vent just have to up-date version Assistance: yes thats one of the jobs of a GM if they see somthign wrong they are suppose to do somthing about it. Assisting others: Yes ill help any who askes or needs. ( within the rules ) Hours: 2-5 hours a day East-coast large time span 3- 9 ish PM Week: about 12 + hours a week (work Week) even longer including Weekends. ME:would love to be a GM and help ya'll out with problem's I Promise I have read rules and I promise I will follow them ( no acception) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 1.)tell them how the server is a high rate Exp and a high drop rate and explain how and where He/She can retreive money or an item. - if they keep asking i will give them a warning and tell them once again what to do or where to go( if still goes one possible kick) 2.)If someone is harrasing another player i will contact the both of them and ask what the problem is.If i can solve the problem peacefully, then that is my goal. If the harrasser continues to insult the other player or myself, I will give them a warning. If it continues, they will be given a kick. If they still continue, I will contact a GM or admin above me to administer further punishment. 3.) If someone fires a direct insult at me, I first whisper to them to see why they seem to have a problem against me. If I can get them to stop the insults, then that can be the end of it. - If they blast another insult on a realm channel, I will kick them, for insulting a GM is against the rules. 4.) I first turn invisible and appear to the person AS SOON as i here of the violation and confirm this accusation. If I find it to be true, I will immediately retrieve the players IP address, Contact an admin to IP ban the player (if no admin or GM above me is online, I will do the IP ban myself and report it to an admin when they get on.)
