Are you able to complete a task under pressure: Of course. What is your views on religion: Agnostic Are you able to pay attention to details: They're the most important part ;> Are you able to listen to your higher ranking staff at all times and follow their directions 100% clearly: Sir, Yes Sir. Do you know any types of scripting such as php,C++,Java,HTML.... If so please tell exactly what your able to do. Knowing some form of scripting can help your chances a lot: C++ From AOL. Can you act your age or older at all times? And be able to handle your self under extreme stress which can be faced a lot as a GM: Defiantly older, I am willing to deal with the extreme stress involving being a GM. What do you think A GM should know: How to actually manage the server and it's populace. How do you think a GM should act in your opinion?: Kind, Helpful, but wise in his/her decisions Why do you think we should pick you over every one else?: I have experience being a GM, People on the server know me well, I am kind and even helpful while not being a GM. Able to work well with a person even though you don't agree with him or like him: Of course, people have different views, We're all human :> Please list 4 skills that we could use for our GM team: I really have only one ;\ time management, so GM's are online when people need them to be :> I can help with that! Are you able to work well with others?: Yes Own a microphone and familiar with using Ventrillo/Teamspeak (Required for the In-Game Team): Yes Able to offer assistance without having to be asked to do so: Of Course, that's the job => Able to help others and lend a hand when asked or demanded: Yes Able to assist others in finding or giving directions to people with things: Yes Write down your likely online hours: 12pm - 12am (Nothing to do after school ;>) How many hours a Week do you think you could be online GMing for Whiterock: About 10-14 hours a day. Some one is begging for gold and items. -What do you do first? Explain to him that people worked hard for their gold and items. -If they do not comply with that what do you do next? Warn him that if he continues to harass the players or the GM's that he will be kicked from the server. -If they keep doing it after that what should you do? Ban Them Until they have learned a Lesson 2.) Some one is harassing another player what do you think would be an appropriate response. To work out the situation, see what the problem is, and resolve it the best a GM can. 3.) Some one is insulting a GM -What would you do first? Give them a clear warning, make sure they understand that we are just trying to be fair and politically correct in the server -IF they keep doing it what do you do next? Kicked from the server. 4.) Some one is hacking or exploiting bugs. -What should you do first? Kick them at first and warn them, if used again quick ban. :twisted:
