If so How long were you a GM in that server: uhmm quite a long time maybe 8 months now Do you know all or most of the antrix/ascent commands *Not needed but can be helpful in our choice in picking you*: absolutely i know most if not all of the Antrix commands What types of things do you like to do besides play VVoVV or other hobbies you have: uhmm watch TV Paintball and Quad lol. What is your views on Sex/Politics/Racism: Uhmm i dont really have views on any of that stuff, i try not to get mixed up with things that put me against people Are you able to complete a task under pressure: I actually enjoy being under pressure it makees what im doing more fun. What is your views on religion: well im catholic but i dont really care what Religion you are because its your Life not mine, if u wanna go to heaven ok if u wanna go to Hell so be it. Are you able to pay attention to details: Yeah u might have to explain which details i need to pay attention to but then im fine. Are you able to listen to your higher ranking staff at all times and follow their directions 100% clearly: Absolutely if anything i prefer it that way i dont need to do as much thinking:P Do you know any types of scripting such as php,C++,Java,HTML.... If so please tell exactly what your able to do. Knowing some form of scripting can help your chances a lot: uhmm well i took info pro in school so i know web design and stuff but im not to great with that sorry. Do you know any other language besides English: Yep I can speak Read and Write French. Can you speak and write English fluently with little or few errors? Yep I sure can unless im tired that day then you probably wont be able to understand a word i say :P Can you act your age or older at all times? And be able to handle your self under extreme stress which can be faced a lot as a GM: Yeah i can i never lose my temper unless its on my brother but i dont think its right to take your stress out on other people. What do you think A GM should know: well i think he should know how to handle stressfull situations i also thing she should know how to deal with Rude people or mean people he should also know quite a few of the commands for the server. oh and right from wrong How do you think a GM should act in your opinion?: He/she should be more responsible and mature then the rest of the people on the server seeing hat he is in control of the server and maintaining the server. Why do you think we should pick you over every one eles?: Because ive got what it takes :p, Nah i just think im a fun easy going mature guy that can handle the stress of being a Gm also im one of the few that doesnt have mental breakdowns. Able to work well with a person even though you don't agree with him or like him: I do it everyday at school:P Please list 4 skills that we could use for our GM team: Happy outgoing easy going know the commands and have been playing this game since the day it came out. Are you able to work well with others?: Yep i work better with others then alone i fell things get done faster that way anyway. Own a microphone and familiar with using Ventrillo/Teamspeak (Required for the In-Game Team): Yeah i have a Mic and Vent i use it everyday with my retail guild. i also have teamspeak but havent really tried figuring it out yet:p Able to offer assistance without having to be asked to do so: You shouldnt need to be asked you should do it on your own that what Gms are ment to do. Able to help others and lend a hand when asked or demanded: absolutely thats a Gms Job and duty to his/her server. Able to assist others in finding or giving directions to people with things: well ive been playing this game for a long time so i shouldnt have much of a problem with that. Write down your likely online hours: Everyday all day on weekendds cant play weekdays cause of school but i hope that doesnt change things. How many hours a Week do you think you could be online GMing for Whiterock: allday weekends. Any thing eles we should know about you?: Uhmm i hope you pick me because i really wanna do it again i am one of the few who likes to Gm:P Have you read and do you agree with the GM rules And promise to Follow them: Sure do. ------------------------ Part 2 : Real life situations : ------------------------ 1.) Some one is begging for gold and items. -What do you do first? Tell them i cant give them Gold of items and say sorry. -If they do not comply with that what do you do next? Warn them if they keep asking they will be kicked. -If they keep doing it after that what should you do? If they keep asking or i hear they asked someone else kick or in the worst case scenerio Ban them. 2.) Some one is harassing another player what do you think would be an appropriate response. Give them a warning saying that if they do it again they will be kicked or banned if its severe enough there will be no warning. 3.) Some one is insulting a GM -What would you do first? Tell them that we do this as volunteers and we dont need his insults and if he does it again he will be kicked or banned. -IF they keep doing it what do you do next? kick or ban him. 4.) Some one is hacking or exploiting bugs. -What should you do first? If they are hacking you ban them on the spot if they are exploiting you warn of kick them depending on the serverety u can ban them.
